Friday fun: Review poetry

With a hat-tip to [livejournal.com profile] lyrstzha for the link: A very creative Amazon review. A sample to entice you:
Once upon a mid-day sunny, while I savored Nuts 'N Honey,
With my Tuscan Whole Milk, 1 gal, 128 fl. oz., I swore
As I went on with my lapping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at the icebox door.
'Bad condensor, that,' I muttered, 'vibrating the icebox door -
Only this, and nothing more.'
Seriously, though, check out the whole thing. Quite impressive.

ETA: Heck, check out the other reviews. Some bizarrely entertaining riffs in there. And [livejournal.com profile] violetcheetah points out the "also viewed" and "purchased" samples are quite eclectic, as are the purchase options.

I had only run across one or two before. I should pay better attention. It's a pretty neat modern art form, really.

I am in awe of the outlets people find — and the care put into some of them. (Which I really shouldn't be, since I get the same agog reaction from people surprised to learn about the work many fanfiction writers put into their craft ... but I suppose there's always going to be some new corner to explore.)

And I meant to comment over at your post, too, but I dropped the ball — so thank you for the fun link!
