Not helping, WGBH!

As far as I know, WGBH underwrites the closed-captioning for Sesame Street. At any rate, I captured this from the WGBH broadcast of 21 June 2010, at about 1031 hours. I'd normally just roll my eyes, but 1) this isn't real-time captioning; and 2) this is supposed to be an educational program. What, hearing-impaired kids don't deserve correct grammar?
